To effectively empower vulnerable communities across Africa, iLEAD Africa identified the need for ongoing upskilling, enhanced processes, and strategic improvements. This created the necessity for an advanced, comprehensive workforce training focused on strategy development, program design, and AI prompt engineering to strengthen their impact and operational efficiency.

iLEAD Africa engaged BFG Global Consulting LLC to deliver this capacity-building initiative. We began with a thorough requirements assessment to evaluate the current capabilities of their workforce and identify the most effective implementation strategy tailored to the organization's unique needs.
