Tots Academy faced a pressing need for space expansion to accommodate more bright and ambitious students. However, the institution lacked the financial capacity to undertake this growth independently and required a loan from Jaiz Bank, leveraging its zero-interest advantage.


Additionally, Tots Academy lacked the professional expertise to strategically navigate the loan application process. To address this, a well-structured proposal was needed to formally present the request, accompanied by a compelling pitch deck to strengthen the case and enhance the chances of securing the required funding.

Approach (The How)

Our approach began with comprehensive requirement gathering, primarily from secondary sources, combined with clarity systems to ensure a deep understanding of the project's objectives.


Using insights from qualitative and quantitative market research, we then developed a detailed business expansion plan. This plan was structured in alignment with international standards and tailored to meet the specific requirements of the commercial bank, ensuring a strong and credible loan application.
