Sheroes Rising 4 Development Initiative, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering and enlightening women across all aspects of life and society, identified a critical gap in funding opportunities needed to sustain and expand its initiatives.

Sheroes was facing a decline in the effectiveness of its advocacy efforts due to limited funding and sponsorship opportunities. This challenge stemmed from a lack of access to up-to-date information on grant and sponsorship requirements, innovative application strategies, and potential donor matches. Additionally, the initiative lacked sustainable income-generating systems to support and scale its impact.

To equip Sheroes with a competitive edge in securing funding, we leveraged insights from market research and analysis to develop a comprehensive report. This report educated Sheroes' internal stakeholders on the latest funding systems and opportunities while providing multiple standardized and successful grant proposals that had collectively secured over $400,000 in funding.
